According to current technology era , having a featured telecom solution deployment without removing existing telecom infrastructure was one of the biggest challenge In K.K. Global. Deployment of any new technology is quite simple but also impacts the commercial value. Business requirements such as Managed Conf. Bridge, International SIP Trunk provider integration, Call recording and Managed CDR was few core pain areas which existing Intercom system was not capable to handle. So, the option was to change the same system with upgraded model from the same manufacturer or opt for any Intercom system which can cater present and future requirements and also have possibility to integrate existing system to avoid commercial value invested on old system. New Technology Adoption was planned in two phases, 1st integration of Old System with new technology and in 2nd phase remove old installation once shited completely to the new telecom infra.
